Pocketwatch Sauvignon Blanc continues the Oatley family history of fine craftsmanship. Our winemakers have blended a number of parcels of night harvested grapes from vineyards across South-Western Australia and fermented the wine with cultured yeasts in stainless steel tanks, to create an appealing fresh, fruit-driven dry white wine. Displaying Sauvignon Blanc’s hallmark pale appearance, zesty tropical fruits and just a hint of grassy, citrus notes, this wine has a lovely mouthfeel and terrific length of flavour.
