The “Cracker” Cabernet Merlot 2018
These grapes are crushed on the west coast, then trucked across the Nullarbor Plain to our winery where they are fermented and bottled. With the extended cold maceration we have achieved dense colour and flavours that are not overdone. Upfront sweet blackberry and blueberry fruit like flavours explode to fill the palate. The Cracker blend is supported by fine tannins and balanced oak and finishes with good structure and length. Elegantly powerful!
