A light sparkler this, but filled with rich summer fruits and a delicate fizz. It's golden in colour, and offers some brioche and rye cracker on the nose, along with a hit of sweet citrus. The palate offers richer fruit, with peach and grape, with more fresh lemon and mandarin. Simple, juicy and fresh on the finish.
