'New Sky' is our latest limited IPA project. We approach each beer in this collection with fresh eyes and an open mind. Exploring the limitless possibilities of the modern style to craft IPAs of significance. First up is a fresh take on the West Coast DIPA, 'Double California'. It's big and bold whilst retaining balance and supreme drinkability. A citrus-heavy aroma, with chinotto and candied orange notes, opens up to an off-dry palate of tangerine and pineapple juice. The finish is classic west coast with grapefruit pith and a well-integrated residual heat making way for a long bitter finish
