Using the same yeast as Asahi Super Dry, Asahi Super Dry Black is unlike any other dark beer. By inheriting the DNA of Karakuchi (dry), Asahi has successfully blended the rich aroma and flavour while maintaining the smoothness which has never been accomplished in dark beer. The deeper, darker flavour of Asahi Super Dry Black is derived from roasted malt, while the crispness comes from the addition of rice and corn.
